Beach Safety: stay safe at #pbcParks this summer

The summer months are creeping up on us, which means many residents and tourists will be flocking to Palm Beach County’s beach parks to enjoy the sand and sea. However, because the ocean can be dangerous, we’ve compiled some tips for keeping yourself and your kids safe at the beach this summer.

    1. Thank you for your question, Christopher. Hammocks are not permitted in Palm Beach County Parks if they are attached to or tied around a tree or other structure inside the park. Hammocks are permitted if they are connected to a standalone structure provided by the visitor, such as a portable hammock stand. We hope this helps answer your question.
